500ml Crab Apples Liqour

Carb apples are also known as sour fruit and hawthorn berries. The scientific name is docynia indica - One species of rose plant grows wild on mountain slopes and along streams at the height of over 1000 meters in Vietnam, China, India, and Pakistan... Carb apples contain a variety of compounds, but the three main ones are: 2.7% organic acids, 16.7% sugar, and 2.76% tannin (astringent).

Vietnam is a tropical country with a variety of well-known fruits, but one of nature's gifts is the carb apple. It is currently one of the few rare fruit trees that are still growing naturally in the mountains of the Northwest. Blooming in the rain forest and mountain wind in March creates a distinct and rare flavor of ACIDITY, ACERBITY, and SWEETNESS. During the harvest season of September, the fruit is still green at the start of the crop, and its acerbity is exceptional, the flavors of acidity, acerbity, and sweetness are nicely balanced with the sour flavor in the middle of the ripe fruit crop, the sweetness releases a lovely scent at the end of the season. The combination of acidity, acerbity, and sweetness, combined with the rise and fall of the "drinkers" over time, is like the aftertaste of each person's life on the path to success.

The ratio of acidity, acerbity, and sweetness also varies depending on the soil of each region, resulting in the distinctive flavor of Yen Bai apple (sour, acrid balance, thick peel), Son La (sweeter, more fragrant, and with thin peel).... that can only be appreciated by those who have spent a long time in the profession.

We achieved the golden section between the Mu Cang Chai, Son La, and Lai Chau regions by means of passion and years of research. To achieve the ideal balance of sour, acrid, and sweet to produce unmistakable flavor drops of wine, there is a private ratio between early-season carb apples, mid-season carb apples, and late-season. With the philosophy of inheritance and development, we integrate five folkloric methods of aging on principles, equipment, and as part of the the wine-making process process. As a result, we take great pride in being not only the pioneer but also the expert in traditional production of carb apples wine in Vietnam, producing entirely unique monumental works for the prejudice consumer who values nature: Crab Apples.
